This infographic will explain everything you need to know to plan a visit to Teide’s crater.

Volcano Life Experience has created this infographic to inform you of the different steps you need to take to visit Teide’s peak. It also includes some useful advice.

Because it is a protected area, access to the Teide crater is restricted to 200 people a day. So in order to visit you have to plan your visit ahead of time, as there is great demand. Visit Teide National Park’s web site and reserve your free permit. You can also contract different guided services offered by Volcano Life Experience.

You can reach the crater walking from Montaña Blanca or by using the Cable Car. Either way, do not forget to bring your permit from the National Park, a guard will ask for it at the entrance to the Telesforo Bravo trail.

When you are on the summit enjoy the vistas and share your pictures using our #teidelover hashtag.
